Bio:
Brett is a graduate of Rose Hill High School where he became interested in music and in playing the trumpet. He earned his bachelor’s in Music from Wichita State University and he attended graduate school at the University of Northern Colorado where he completed his teacher licensure program. After student teaching in Colorado, Brett secured a teaching position in Atoka Oklahoma, which he held for 4 years. Currently he is on band staff for Goddard Public Schools, his responsibilities include Eisenhower Middle School Band Director, GHS Marching and Pep Band Assistant Director, Challenger/Discovery Schools 5th Grade Band Instructor and GHS jazz band assistant director.
