School Band & Orchestra Instruments bought from Damm Music Center include our Maintenance Plan.
At any time during your Maintenance Plan Term you may bring your instrument to Damm Music for adjustments that need to be made due to normal wear and usage. It is strongly encouraged that you bring your instrument in during Winter and Summer breaks from school.
All Step-Up Model, Performance Model & Professional Model Woodwind, Brass & Orchestra Instruments include 24 Months Maintenance Plan.

Maintenance Plan's do not include coverage for damages occurring from neglect, lacquer deterioration, finish deterioration, repair of cosmetic dents or cosmetic repairs in general. It further does not cover replacement of expendable accessories including but not limited to; mouthpieces, reeds, oils, strings, bow hair, drum sticks & mallets, and drum heads.
If your instrument is cover under the Plan Terms and you need pads, bow hair, or any other parts replaced or repaired, you will be obligated to pay for parts not covered and your Maintenance Plan will cover the labor charges.
Guitar & Fretted Instrument Maintenance Plan
Most Guitars, Basses, Banjos, Mandolins, Ukuleles and other Instruments with Frets bought from Damm Music Center include our Maintenance Plan.
Fretted Maintenance Plan
After your purchase you can bring your instrument back within the next 6 months for:
· Installation of a new set of Strings
· A Complete Setup, including:
· Cleaning & conditioning the fretboard
· Adjust the neck action
· Adjust saddle height
· Adjust tremolo system
· Setting intonation
· Setting pickup height
· Tighten & lubricate tuning gears
· Clean & Polish finish
· We also do an electronics inspection, cleaning and adjustment if needed.
*Guitar strings are the choice of Damm Music Center Staff
*Bass Guitars do not get a new set of strings
*To receive this service, you must present the completed card (given at the time of purchase).
*This service is not transferable, only available to the original owner of the instrument.
