Developing a love of music from a young age, Megan started playing guitar at age 14 after being inspired by the classic rock and heavy blues sounds of the 70's. Megan has been teaching private guitar lessons since 2015, and focuses on catering to the needs of her students and exploring a wide variety of genres to help them develop their own passions for music. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Guitar Performance (Jazz Studies) from Wichita State University in May 2019, and along with teaching at Damm Music she performs with local Classic Rock cover band Fast Lane.
Megan keeps very busy at Damm Music, teaching our Learning to Fly and Rock Academy groups, private lessons and repairing instruments in the Repair Shop!
