RETENTION
High school directors should be visiting their middle school campuses throughout the year! Getting to know your rising freshmen is key to them enrolling in the high school program!
Schedule a camp at the end of the spring semester to introduce new members to standard tunes such as the school song, fight song, and other favorites. Involving your high school leadership gives them ownership thus increasing retention once they are in your program!
