Spotlight Band

Special Performance Group by Audition Only. Open to students that have been in Rock Academy this past year.
Acceptance into the group is by Audition Only.
Cost for being in the group is $169 per month for 3 months (August, September, October) and includes private lessons, rehearsals, performances and t-shirt. If you are in a Rock Academy session and in Spotlight Band during the same month, SLB is treated as an Extra Session and is $89 extra in that month.
We are looking for talented musicians with positive attitudes and strong work ethics that are committed to attending all rehearsals and performances:
2 or 3 Vocalists, 5 or 6 Guitarists, 2 or 3 Bassists and 2 or 3 Drummers

Schedule:

Audition Results Announcement: Tuesday July 25th
Rehearsals: Every Monday, 7pm to 8pm Starting July 31st. Last Rehearsal Mon. October 9th.

Saturday October 14th, Goddard Fall Festival *Tentative, not finalized*

Each person auditioning will pick one Audition Section (options per instrument listed below) to perform for our judges. For the most part these Sections capture the hardest part of the song and also fit within our time constraints.
You must audition for each instrument you wish to perform on.
If you wish to audition for multiple instruments please sign up for one time slot per instrument.
You will be judged on accuracy as well as stage presence.
Your Section should be memorized. We will provide the track to play along with.
